Music Groups
Adult Choir
Practices are held Wednesday evenings from 8 - 9 p.m. Under the direction of Bill Lape they provide special music for two worship services a month. Our Adult Choir visits other churches occasionally for renewal services.

Hand Bell Choir
They practice on Thursday evenings from 6:45 - 8 p.m. They perform one Sunday of each month and occasionally perform outside the church for the enjoyment of others and to spread God's word through musical ministry.

 

Fellowship Groups
Women's Fellowship groups
  RUOMI Ladies Fellowship
They enjoy a variety of outings and gather frequently for good food and fellowship on most Holidays. 
  The Quilters
The Quilters meet Tuesdays from 9 - 3 p.m. They usually bring a packed lunch. Come and enjoy a time of artistic melding.

Jolly Seniors
This is a fellowship of retired individuals that enjoy local trips, fun activities along with visiting museums and other churches. 

Men's Fellowship  This is a mens group of all ages that meet to enjoy each others company. They meet at Family Tradition restaurant on the first Wednesday of every month at noon. Gene Furry leads this time of men's fellowship. 

 

Prayer Groups
Prayer Shawl Ministries
This is a group of women (& men) that show Christian love to others who are experiencing difficult times. They make and present a shawl or a lap robe to men and women as an expression of God's love. A simple message is sewn into each shawl/lap robe "God loves you and so do we".
Prayer Partners
They meet once a month for breakfast in a time of bible study and teaching on the subject of prayer lead by the Pastor. They are charged with the responsibility with holding the full ministry of the Ridge Church before the Lord in prayer.
This meeting is held the second Saturday of each at 9 a.m in the Family Traditions Restaurant.
Prayer Chain
Provides a near immediate, ministry of intercessory prayer, to unite the church family in petition, before the face of God, to address urgen needs when the Church is not meeting together, to seek God's blessing and aid through the power of the Holy Spirit.
 
Programs
There are a host of programs supported by the Ridge Church through its nurture and witness commission.
  • The local food bank, better known as "The Kings Kettle"
  • Serveral Missionary Couples in their overseas ministries
  • The Fruit Belt which is a ministry and support for migrant workers
  • Meat Canning feeding the hungry locally and abroad
  • Disaster Response
  • Church World Service with its health kits, school kits and blanket ministries
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Heifer Project International
  • Red Cross
  • Christian Childrens Ministries
  • Local Emergency Response
  • The Truck Stop Ministry
